About Sheela Behavioral Consulting
Compassionate, Evidence-Based ABA Services
Founded in 2015, Sheela Behavioral Consulting, LLC was built on a simple belief: meaningful progress happens when high clinical standards are paired with compassion, humility, and strong relationships.
We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and families throughout the Fitchburg area, helping individuals develop communication, social, daily living, and independence skills through evidence-based care tailored to their unique strengths and needs.
Compassionate, Evidence-Based Care Since 2015
Our Team and Culture
Our team includes licensed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), program leaders, and specialized consultants who work together to ensure every family receives thoughtful, ethical, and high-quality support. We believe excellent clinical outcomes begin with a strong organizational culture, one where accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and respect guide every decision we make.
At SBC — The Best of METM, we are committed to supporting not only the children we serve, but also the families, caregivers, and professionals who are part of each child’s journey. We believe lasting growth is built through patience, consistency, and partnerships rooted in trust.
As our organization continues to grow, we remain focused on the values that inspired our founding: compassionate care, evidence-based practice, and a commitment to helping every individual reach their fullest potential.
