Belinda Gordon-Hughes is a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director at Sheela Behavioral Consulting, LLC, where she oversees clinical operations and provides individualized ABA services to children and families. With over eight years of experience in the ABA field, Belinda has worked across direct care and leadership roles, developing strong expertise in clinical assessments, program development, staff training, and parent collaboration.
