Kelly Waterman is the Program Manager and Senior Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for SBC — The Best of METM.
Kelly has 27 years of experience in the special education field. Kelly has dedicated her career to supporting children with diverse learning needs. Kelly began her career as a respite worker and soon moved into the field of ABA, later working as a paraprofessional and a 7th grade teacher for four years. For over 10 years, Kelly has been part of SBC — The Best of METM. Kelly is deeply passionate about helping children with autism learn, grow, and build the skills they need to succeed in all areas of their lives.
