Sheela D. Vadrevu is the founder and Chief Executive Mother of Sheela Behavioral Consulting, LLC. She has an M.Ed. in Autism & Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College. She carries responsibilities across every layer of the organization — clinical, operational, legal, financial, and cultural. She constantly works towards building organizational culture- values, psychological safety, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

She ensures that all supervisors hold appropriate credentials (BCBA, BCaBA) and maintain ethical standards per the BACB Ethics Code. She works towards maintaining clinical excellence through auditing, treatment outcomes, reviewing data trends, and holding staff accountable for evidence-based practices.
