We are committed to making the process of starting ABA services simple, welcoming, and accessible for every child and family. Our goal is to ensure that all individuals regardless of background, language, financial situation, or referral source have an equal opportunity to receive high-quality care.

How to Begin

Initiating services:

A pre-screen will be conducted over the phone during the initial contact.  If the child is not an appropriate fit for the services we offer, a list of referrals for other agencies will be provided to the parent/guardian. If after the pre-screen, the child is deemed a fit for our organization by the clinical team, the onboarding process will begin.

In-Person

Visit our center location at 100 Franklin Rd, Fitchburg, MA to request information or begin the intake process.

A clinical referral is required by a neuropsychologist/developmental pediatrician stating that the child has a diagnosis of autism or down syndrome and the recommendation for ABA services is listed in their diagnostic report along with a routine wellness check from the PCP.

What Happens Next

If after the pre-screen, the child is deemed a fit for our organization by the clinical team, the onboarding process will begin.

Once Contact is Made

Once contact is made our intake team will:

  • Gather basic information about the client and family
  • Explain available ABA services and answer questions
  • Review insurance or funding options
  • Describe the intake and assessment process
  • Provide guidance on required documentation (e.g., diagnostic reports, insurance cards)
  • Offer support for families who need help obtaining required paperwork

We ensure that all families receive the same clear, respectful, and supportive intake experience.

Within 1 Business Day

Within one business day of initial contact, our intake coordinator will send you:

  • Intake packet
  • Consent forms
  • Release of information forms
  • Funding/insurance instructions

Once Eligibility is Confirmed

  • number oneA licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be assigned within 3 business days.
  • number twoAn initial assessment will be scheduled within 10 business days by the licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) unless the family requests otherwise.
