Marietta Hemming is the Quality Assurance & Ethics Officer at SBC — The Best of METM. She works with an experienced team of clinicians to ensure high-quality services are provided to all clients.
Marietta graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts in Child Psychology and Communication Studies in 2004 and with a Master of Education in Special Education in 2011. She was a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst from 2005-2012 and became a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2012. Marietta became a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Minnesota and a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst in Massachusetts in October of 2024.
Marietta started working in the field of applied behavior analysis in 2004. She worked at the Carbone Clinic in Valley Cottage, New York under the direction of Dr. Vince Carbone, Ed.D., BCBA-D in 2004. During her time at the Carbone Clinic, Marietta worked as an instructor, a lead instructor, and an Outreach consultant. As an Outreach consultant, Marietta provided consultation services to families, public and private schools, and center-based settings. She provided consultation on the application of behavior analytic principles and procedures to parents and therapists as part of home programs and in-center based settings. Since 2013, Marietta has supervised ABA services at Holland Center, a pediatric autism center in Minnesota, and has worked as a Clinic Director there since 2019.
