Andrea Mason transferred from the Leominster Public School system to work with SBC — The Best of METM. Andrea is a unique member of our Administration team. She plays a critical role with our diverse client and family population. English being her second language, she’s the primary translator for our Spanish speaking families.
She plays a key role in our mission to maximize communication. Not only between each family and client, but also between all of our staff. She is tasked with streamlining ideas and highlighting positive feedback.
On the floor daily, she is the first to initiate our clients’ growth and focus on strengths — always with a smile!
